Excellent customer service. Minimal wait time on phone. Great warranty. I appreciate TyTy for standing behind their warranty. April 2024 I purchased a “white mulberry tree”. However, it recently produce red mulberries April 2025. I called & explained the situation/ sent pictures. They responded to my email within 1-2days & sent me the correct tree “white mulberry” free of charge. I appreciate the exceptional custom service so much that I ended up purchasing another white mulberry tree & a paw paw tree. Additionally I referred another client to yall. Thank you TyTy; customer for life.

I am very pleased with my purchase of Appalachian redbud trees. I received them via UPS in perfect condition. The instructions for planting were enclosed and
I planted them the next day.
I will recommend TYTY to my friends.
Thanks so much,

I planted all 3 trees I bought immediately(if you could call them trees, I call them roots with a stick attached besides the one that had leaves but all dried up and dead) So far ALL 3 are not surviving even though I water them every day and planted them with good soil and mulch on top. I am watching one of them that MIGHT make it, fingers crossed BUT I definitely wont be buying anything else from you guys. They even came wrapped extremely tight together in one box, I thought only 1 was delivered at first. I ordered about 7 other plants from Home Depot and ALL of them are surviving even the ones that came as a stick with roots have leaves now. And NONE of them were wrapped together, all where separate. I think your packing of the trees needs much improvement.

My pomegranate tree arrived very well packed and protected. It had a fantastic root system and appeared to be like it was just taken out of the ground. I’ve planted per instructions provided and can’t wait to see how well it grows in my area.

I hve a few suggestions for improvement:
1. When shipping trees - put on the outside of the box “THIS END UP”
I had the delivery driver hand me the box upside down
2. It would be a very good thing if you could put some kind of basket or rubber barrier in the
Bottom of the box where the roots are set to keep the cardboard area from getting to wet
do to leakage from the root wrap-the box I received was so wet it had come apart in truck
Hope this help for your future
