I've gotten things from this site twice now. Both times the customer service was great. Healthy plants.

They did arrive in a timely manner however, the trees themselves the trunks were very thin. There were no leaves at all and no flowers so we will see how they grow. It was $200 for two fruit trees that was kind of expensive I've since then also gone to Home Depot and bought a bunch of fruit trees anywhere from 8 to 10 feet plus in height with leaves flowers and even some little fruit starting on them for $30 apiece . We will see if these were worth the expense.

Processing of order was very good. Theresa was very helpful with the entire process. Shipment received in a timely manner. Disappointed with appearance of product. Will be surprised if plants survive. Planted day after receipt -will hopefully surprise me!

My Apple tree came broken, but the roots look really good. Planted all my trees and ready to see them grow.

1st order most plants arrived dead. Asked for replacements which was taken care of nicely. Replacements arrived not looking great. It's only been a few weeks and most look like they are not going to make it. Bamboo arrived with very dry yellow leaves. Plants were packed well with wet gel but quality of plants is just not there. Will not recomment of purchase from them again. What a waste of money. I have nothing to show for it

I was looking for a specific size tree for a Honeycrisp Apple, since I had seedlings started for a tree with a similar bloom time which requires another variety to pollinate. Woo-hoo! Ty-Ty had the size. It wasn't enough of a dollar amount to ship, but it was easy for me to find something else to bring the cart total up to minimum for shipping. Both plants arrived well-packed, with roots wet. The top 5" of the tree was broken, but it will grow. Shipping was fast.

Plants I received last year did not survive. I got replacements this year after paying a high delivery fees. Plants this year look very dry. Kiwi plant was so tiny, I could not even recognize that was a plant or some weeds. Definitely not a good experience.
