Our tree arrived in great shape and was well wrapped and moist. The plant looked very healthy. The planting was easy and the tree is happily growing in its new home. It was difficult to find longleaf pines and I am very happy we found Ty Ty Nursery and found a tree in such good shape.

Usually good trees .trees are good size but this time the bare root trees was leafed out when I received them. Leafs are looking very wilty.. time will tell.

Not what I ordered. Ordered 2 pear trees and a plum tree. Both options I ordered were 5-6 feet tall. The tallest tree I received was not even 3 feet tall. All 3 trees were top hacked horribly. Customer service doesn't respond & I source listened to other bad reviews. I will never buy from this place again. Very scammy with how they ship you crap and don't care to resolve an issue. Who knows if these trees are even what I ordered.. time will tell if they survive and which fruit they'll eventually grow into, if at all.

I ordered 2 blueberry bushes, 2 raspberry, 2 blackberry, 2 cherry an two plumb trees. All of these were smashed together an wrapped tight with plastic. The trees are no bigger than twigs. I thought they were dead but after a few weeks I did get leaves appearing on them so maybe they will make it? The blueberry bushes were ok. The raspberry an blackberry canes were close to dead but that raspberry sprouted a couple of leaves. The 2 blackberry are dead. One was no taller than a pencil. I reached out to customer service an sent video but she asked for something different stating she couldn't open it. It was just easier an quicker for me to pick up at Lowe's.

Received a bare stick with no leaves or branches when I ordered a 2-3' elderberry bush. It had three 2 inch roots. Very disappointed in a $29.75 stick. I have extreme doubts this will even grow. I could have cut a local branch off a bush if that's what I wanted. I would be embarrassed to send something like that to a customer.

Very disappointing product. No root balls with either trees or scrubs received. Although immediately planted, 2 of the plants received are likely dead within 5 days, the other 2 have a low chance of survival, are wilted and leaves are browning. Much better products at the big box stores, and better pricing.
I don’t see how you expect plants to thrive when they appear to have been jerked out of the planters, strapped all together, and shipped with only bare roots.

I ordered 3 Dogwood TREEs well I got 3 long sticks. Out of the 3 one of them had a 2-inch stem sticking out. None of the sticks had green leaves. This is very very disappointing as I paid $189.00 and received 3 sticks NOT TREES. I do not believe these sticks will grow into what TyTy's website shows. I usually look at reviews but for some dumb reason I trusted TyTy (this was my fault). The customer service rep. name Thresa was very rude when I called for help, so I had to let her know I was going to hung up since I refuse to engage in a conversation that was going nowhere, and I was not able to get a word in.

Disappointed. I ordered 2 dogwood trees, the delivery was delayed months, but worse, 1 did not survive, and instead of a replacement tree, I have to wait 45 days ans then I may only get a store credit.

I am concerned with the condition with some of the plants that I received. The grape vine looks dried out and dead (but I will give it some time in the ground before I make a final call). I took pictures of the Magnolia which I can attach to a follow up email because the leaves were all brown and dried out. I still planted it to try to bring it back. The blueberry bushes and the pomegranate plants were also in rough condition and had lost a lot of leaves in the box. I will give all a little time and care to see if I can get some new growth out of any or all of them, but they all had symptoms of being dried out/overheated. I got all of them in the soil immediately and have been caring for them since to try to help them recover. However, I was not pleased with this order at all due to the condition and health of the plants in the box.

I bought on 4-5ft persimmon tree, which is expected a quite a big tree, it turns out 1 long stick and small (width) and without any indication it will be alive, I dig a hole to plant it as instruction, but not sure it will be alive. So disappointed. If someone wanted to buy just buy a smallest one, it will be small stick no matter which size you buy. I regret to buy a big one which costs more. Again, just buy smallest one if you really want it.
