Had a fruit tree that didn’t make it & trying to get it replaced was a chore. Should not have been that complicated.

The tree was with a healthy root system, but unfortunately while in the box, and all the delivery trucks.
The leaves were badly wilted
We put the water gel's in the hole with it, but the tree's struggling to live
We're trying to keep it watered but we are worried, afraid it might not make it.

Plants arrived promptly and in good shape with detailed instructions. They're just now starting to produce little buds, but they look very nice so far.

I'm very surprised at the size of this tree that was shipped. Nice mass of healthy roots! Ordered trees from a different company named after a state that rhymes with Marilee and they were much smaller and died. I'm really happy with the quality and condition of these trees. I'm an ISA certified arborist and I know my trees. Thank you Ty Ty!

My tree came quickly and appears very healthy. It's only been in the ground a week and hasn't leaved out yet so can't rate if it will leave out yet.

ordering was easy over phone. i choose to call since i have a lot of question as it was my first time planting bare root. the lady that assisted me was very helpful. Recommendation Rating is 8 out of 10 based on this experience, leaving 2 out as i'm waiting for plant's viability. As far as shopping and customer service... AWESOME!
