It was the most disappointing order I have ever received by mail. The $19.95 bulb was so small I could barely hold it in the palm of my hand. The crepe myrtles were much smaller than advertised. I could have purchased the bulb from Walmart for $5.99. Ty RY Nursery is a scam.

The ordering experience was easy. The shipment came on the day that the email pre-ship email said it would. Trees were well packaged and in great condition upon arrival. Now it's all up to me!

My experience is limited. I ordered3 trees, I paid for them and then a « lady » called to say that 1 of them will arrive to you late and you will send the three late. That I will have to wait for long. I humbly asked if the two others could be sent earlier? She answered: « We wil send them, when I decide! ». So I would prefer to rate by Zero…That « lady » did not leave her name.

A slight delay because of the cold weather but well worth the wait. The tree is everything I hoped it would be now we will see how it grows.

It's been a month and no tracking number for my order. I live in Florida and there is no need for a frozen delay here.
