Several years ago I purchased some trees from Tyty. Some of them did not survive and after following Tyty's instructions (photos, etc.), the gave me a credit for those trees. Several years have gone by and I now wanted more trees. I called Tyty and ordered more trees. The knowledgeable and kind lady named Theresa that helped me was totally awesome. She was quick to tell me that I still had my credit, got my order shipped out before the weekend and gave me a sale discount for a promotion they had at the time. The entire process was smooth and painless! The trees are planted and doing well. As a retired Quality Manager, I truly appreciate great customer service!!!

As shared w/customer service, and passed on to Manager. First time buying remotely. 2 of 3 tree plantings are holding. The Japanese Red Maple, as advised upon delivery last fall - frail, mis-shapened, smaller than what was ordered , unhealthy. Ty Ty said give it a year. It died after planting to the nines. I ordered 4 pecan trees from Ty Ty Nursery and received them last night. I was able to plant them today 2/6/25. They were in great condition and the tap roots were not cut. I have ordered pecan trees from different nurseries for over 50 years and these were the best looking trees I have ever ordered. I can’t wait to see how they will grow.

I ordered a one gallon plant which came delivered in a six inch plastic wrapped ball. The plant was lifeless and roots appear dead and brown. I have yet to see if this plant grows. I have the plant in my intensive care unit. I shall provide progressive updates if any are to follow. I only gave the one star rate because I received the plant at all.
