I do not like being sold a product that is "in stock" but it really is not. You took my money and then informed me that the item is not in stock and is in back order status- This is not good customer service and will prevent me from using Ty Ty in the future.

I was online to order plants. Didn’t want to wait for delivery. Chatted & found that if I called in the order, I could pick up. Plants were healthy, albeit smaller than I thought I’d ordered but they are planted and I’m hoping they stay alive & prosper. Time will tell.

Excellent description and fast delivery. Follow instructions and had the peach tree plant the same day of delivery. It's been a week now and started to show signs of life.

Shipment of berries looked good. Bulbs looked to have been selected a few days before shipping. Leaves were mostly dead.

I bought 2 Butterfly Japanese Magnolias. One looked great and the other is just a stick. Very disappointing when you spend $100 for each. It looks like a branch was twisted off (not cut) to fit in the box. It also said to follow directions when planting and there were no instructions in the box.
