I am satisfied with the plants. It was a little upsetting to pay shipping when I thought the plant guarantee would cover for the loss of plants I previously ordered and paid to be shipped. May or may not order again. I may just buy local.

My tree arrived in perfect shape. The roots were well-wrapped and were still very moist. After unpacking, I soaked the roots in a large bucket of water for a couple of hours before planting, as instructed in the packaging that came with my tree. Looking forward to spring and seeing my tree leaf out. Very happy customer!
