The shopping experience was great but the trees are dead.

Trees all look great and seem to be doing well. Was unsure about ordering trees online, but very happy so far.

I planted 6 peach trees in March. 4 have died. They are planted in identical soil and have been watered the same. I planted 2 apple and 2 plum trees at the same time, they are doing fine. I am very disappointed in the peach trees. They all made leaves immediately then one by one died off. Not too happy with the peach trees.

The trees arrived in a poor state with some one the shipping containers damaged and some trees DOA never will grow. However, some of the trees survived the uprooting, leaves stripping and lack of care or professionalism in packaging their product for sale. Quality control LACKING.

I ordered about 15 trees and 2 thornless blackberry bushes. They arrived bare root in a single box with the roots wrapped up. The blackberry bushes are struggling to get established,, most of the trees are doing well, but I ordered 4 plum trees that arrived essentially as a stem with roots. It's been about 4 weeks and not one of the 4 has bore a single leaf. Some of the trees are definitely not ones I would have chosen had I been able to physically walk through the nursery. Not the best experience so I probably won't be ordering plants online again.

Everything went well with the ordering, shipping and delivery of the peach tree. Unfortunately, the tree was just discovered dead. Not sure what happened as it was looking healthy.

My apple tree came quickly and was surprisingly packaged efficiently and was very light. I was concerned about its growth because there wasn't much dirt in the packaging.. Happily once planted the tree started sprouting leaves within a week and is growing beautifully. Will definitely use this company again.

I purchased 9 Golden Goddess Bamboo plants. All of them were great, except for one that would not grow. They gave me a new one for free. I highly recommend TyTy.

Too soon to tell if the tree is alive. It arrived quickly and very well packaged, but it's just a stick with the branches cut off and the roots wrapped in plastic and no buds or any sign of life. Also did not include any planting instructions so I'm hoping my stick turns into something.

I ordered 2 pawpaw’s and 1 apricot. Only 1 pawpaw tree is still alive. Other 2 never woke up or were already dead when they arrived. Disappointed.

I would like to state that I have done much business wit Ty Ty Garden over the years, and there have been many instances where the trees died within the year. There are many factors that could contribute to the death of a tree. This could be due to either the nursery due to ineffective disease control or bad transplanting practices and it could be the consumer's fault by not being informed enough about the plant/tree they purchased as well as any pathegins or soil quality that might be in their yard. Either case Ty Ty Nursery will honor their 1 year live guarentee regardless, as long as you show proof that the plant/tree is dead.
However, there is one flaw in their policy that I do not perticulary like, and this was compounded by the poor practices their shipping team performs. My last order in perticular instead of shipping each 6-7 foot tree seperately in their own box, they instead decided to cram all 3 large trees into one box, snapping many of the lateral branches in the process. To make matters worse, they completely butchered the root of the nectarine down to a 4" stump. How can anyone with expericence think that a 6x5 foot tree could survive on a 4 inch stump? I was baffled how bad it was, I told customer service that same day that I knew that tree would not survive, and I was right.
Of course they were quick to offer the store credit for the dead nectarine, but I would still have to pay shipping for the replacement. I told Ty Ty Nursery that this was unacceptable, as in this case the death of the tree was due to gross neglagence of their shipping debt. They could have generated a free shipping coupon so that I could get the replacement, but instead played the "it's not in our policy" hand. Good business doesn't stem from policy, but from the care of their customers and most of all the care of their product. I was more angry of the fact they destroyed a beautiful tree to save on shipping costs, which in the end just cost them and the customer more money. Unless their policies (official and unofficial) change, I'm done doing business with Ty Ty Nursery.

Do you guarantee your trees? I bought three Elberta peach trees and I think they are dead.

Don’t do it. Don’t order from here. If you have to use their insurance policy you have to wait an entire year before you’re able to use the credit and I’m sure it doesn’t cover shipping.
