Happy with the purchase. The bamboo and fig both had good root systems and I liked the way it was packaged and shipped. But I wouldn’t say the shoot clump on the bamboo was 6” wide as advertised. At any rate it was healthy and should grow which is all that matters

Just being able to talk to a person means a lot to me.Like I said on the phone the tree you sent me dont look like the other Damson plum I bought off another nursery last year. How about you taking a picture of another Damson and send it to my Email.I am giving you a 5 rating because you answered the phone and were quick to answer my questions.I will be ordering more off your nursery soon. Thanks

Second order with TyTy and so far everything looks good. Last year one of my grape plants didn't even wake-up from its dormant state, i believe it arrived dead. All the other plants are doing very well.
This year, all the plants arrived looking good, I am a little concerned about the kiwi but we will see how it does.

Tyty had the very specific trees I was seeking for a decent price. The cherry trees arrived quickly and healthy. I planted them within 2 hours of delivery to give them the best chance to thrive. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Bought from these guys many times. Healthy plants. Anytime I've had any issues, they are professional and easy to work with. Would recommend.

Two of my three trees arrived dead ly. One has leaves. The other two are pecan trees. No leaves yet. One has no life appears dry inside.. I gave two stars because previously I had good trees I bought from you. Hopefully at least one of the pea countries will live. The all-in-one almond appears to have one leaf. I'm hoping that they are viable enough to grow since I spent so much on them.

My shipment was delayed and the trees were not in good shape when taken out of the box. I have planted them and am hoping they may be able to survive.

The tree was delivered on time for planting, it was well packed (a bit too much of the scotch), and I planted it immediately.
I nope it will live and thrive!
Thank you, Ty Ty!

Very disappointed. Ordered a Stella cherry tree and a Red Delicious apple tree - both 3-4 ft. tall. The box arrived literally torn in half and taped back together (by UPS - no fault to TyTy). However, the Stella cherry tree had numerous broken branches and TyTy customer service said to simply prune the broken branches. While that might work, it was an otherwise perfect tree and a gift. Even a small credit would helped rectify the situation but they insisted we just plant it. Not happy with that response. And considering the box completely failed in transit, I won't be ordering from here again.

The plants arrived completely unharmed, very healthy plants!
We bought bare root grape vines and the roots were encased in some sort of gelatin that kept the plants moist! I e. Ever seen that….
