Very disappointed with this purchase. Plants were not 6 inches, closer to 4 and not close to 6ft high. Most of the shoots were dead and dry. The plants look like they were ripped out of the ground. I do not believe they will grow. Very dissatisfied.

My snowball tree came wilted with crispy leaves. It did not rejuvenate after soaking the roots. The plant is in the ground now, but we will see if it improves. I don't think the gel keeps the bare roots hydrated well. The grape vine is dormant so it's unclear as of now if it survived b

We ordered 8 blueberry plants and one kiwi plant and just received the. A couple days ago. We unpacked our plants last night and planted them in two gallon containers until we’re ready to put them in the ground. Were very impressed with how healthy the plant are, especially after we planted them in the pots and watered them. Each blueberry plant is either blooming or already has blueberries growing on them. We are worried about the kiwi plant however as it didn’t perk all the way up like the blueberries did. Looks like half of it may be dead so we’ll nurse it along and see what happens. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. The blueberries will be a great addition to the 12 plants we already have!

I recently ordered a Viburnum Tree. It arrived in a timely manner, but 1) they sent me a “bush” instead of a tree and 2) the bush was in a very un-well condition/practically dead and 3) there was a huge break in the “tree". When I emailed customer service asking them to send me another one — a “tree”. They told me to plant immediately (which I had already done) - the thing was in a lot of distress! And then they told me to trim up the bush to train it into a tree and to cover all the cuts with honey. WHAT?!? I ordered and paid for a tree!!! I am not happy with the switcheroo or the condition of the “bush"and will not be orderign from TyTy again.
