Company shipped it when they said they would but UPS took them five days to deliver it and it looks dry. I’m gonna plant it I don’t know how it’s gonna be.

Shopping for Elberta Peach Tree. Shopping was easy, except you must have at least $40 in basket for shipping. Tree arrived very well packaged. Roots wrapped up nicely in the gel gook. :) It would be a benefit to have one end of the cellophane tape brightly labeled, that's wrapped around the roots, so it's easier to unwind the tape from the root bag.

So far so good. Got the plants in the ground the next day after delivery. The plants were packaged well. The roots were rapped as advertised with moist moss, towels, and water holding beads. The beads can go everywhere so be sure to uncover outside.

The bamboo came very well packaged and it is a pretty good size. unfortunately it did come with rotten leaf nods and some mold. We paid close to 100$ for one clump so we expected better quality. It was disappointed.

I just bought the plants and asked about free shipping and it was declined. Now you have free Shipping and it’s disappointing to me

My tree arrived quickly and was packed so nicely. It was completely intact and healthy looking, and also came with thorough instructions on planting it.

I was happy when the trees arrived, tall and healthy but the issue is I still cannot plant the tree since out weather is so cold and freezing from spring weather to winter, still waiting to get over with freezing time.

Plants came in bad shape. Hopefully I can revive them but had to chop them to the stump for regrowth

I especially liked the information on the website about how the plants were prepared for shipment and what state they would be in when they arrived. there were no surprises when I opened the box, they came as described;the plants were bare of leaves and only had roots which were securely wrapped in paper and some kind of gel, that kept them both cool and moist. The planting directions on the packing slip were clear and easy to follow.
The plants also arrived very quickly with tracking updates so I knew exactly when they would arrive. Now time will only tell when the plants will leaf out and bare fruit.

Delivery was fast. Packaging was great. Planted them as soon I got the trees and they are already sprouting leaves and growing strong. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to expand their garden and very hard trees to find anywhere else they have it all.

The bamboo plant was much smaller size than mentioned in the site. I am not sure if I purchased this if I knew the actual size you shipped me.
The pomegranate tree came dry , looks like it was a dead tree sent to me; not sure if it is gonna come back.

One of the trees appears to be broken, I have photographed before removing from packaging. I have taped the tree at the break and hope that it will repair and grow. If not I expect you will supply a replacement.

My blueberries and raspberries arrived quickly and packaged very well. The blueberries are large healthy plants already. And the planting instructions online really helped.

Plants arrived barely alive with very ripped apart roots. I don’t think they are going to survive, but we’ll see.
