My order was received quickly and undamaged in the package. I ordered kiwi in a gallon container and received bare root wrapped to keep moist. The leaves of the vines were yellow, spotted, and wilted. I planted them right away but took a picture just in case I needed to request a return. At this point, parts of the vine have totally died. I am disappointed because I expected a healthy plant in a one gallon pot as advertised.

I feel scammed…one “cane” looks fine enough, the other seems dead/dying…had I gone to a nursery, I would have never spent that much money on two mangy switches (one pretty much dead). NEVER buying plants through the mail again.

I ordered a 5-6ft Santa Rosa plum it's small like a twig from tree branch, gonna take forever just to get a fruit...I'll have better luck at a big box store...

Most plants arrived weathered and damaged, much smaller than advertised, single canes that were yellowed and dried. Poorly packaged and not instructions for planting and care or simple “thank you”note. I put in three orders and one already arrived so I’m not optimistic of what the other two will be. Very disappointed especially when compared to bamboo ordered from Wilson Bros that came healthy, well-packed, labeled gardening pots. Bid difference in experience. Did I mean theirs are half the price if yours even after 25% spring discount???

When I recieved the plants , I could only hope that they live. Previous purchases have been failures. I learn a different lesson every time I make a purchase.

Easy to order on line. I am so grateful to this nursery because after I ordered them I had to leave my state and go help a family member. They were willing to hold my trees until I got back. This was so helpful! Thank you!!

The bamboo plants arrived with a few dying leaves attached, and the rest shriveled and loose in the box. The shrub (wrapped like a subway 6” sandwich) appears dead. The problem may have been a UPS delivery error: plants that were scheduled to arrive on a Saturday weren’t delivered until three days later on a Tuesday afternoon. Once the plants are in the ground we will know if they survived, but as it is, my experience was disappointing at best.
