We ordered 3 trees from Ty Ty, and, while the arrived in timely fashion, 2 of the gallon size trees (dynamite crape myrtles) were dead from the shipping. The third tree, a forest pansy redbud, is doing well.

I don't receive the package. But UPS left a note it was delivered.

Well packaged, and the plant seemed very healthy!

More messages for more purchases and incentive amounts than order status and shipping. One of the two plants had significantly less foliage. Only one order and experience.

We received our plants on Saturday. You could see that they were handled a little roughly. There were broken branches and the tops of the plants had brown crispy dead leaves. It seemed as though they were driven across the country in the back of a pickup truck by the way they looked. They arrived packaged nicely and protected well in the box. The roots were wrapped tightly, maybe too tightly? The plants, however seemed very healthy and they should bounce back. We placed them in a bucket of water for a short time and then planted them in pots. We have received plants from TyTy in better condition.

It could be I missed this option, but it would be nice if there was a ship date option so the plantw would arrive when the weather is right for planting.

Plants arrived in great condition, larger than expected, and were packed well. This was my 2nd order from Ty Ty and I will order from them again!

Slower delivery than I expected. UPS damaged boxes which is normal for them so not your fault. Most of the trees that i ordered also had broken limbs likely due to UPS shipping.

My order was an Easter gift. my son love them he thought everything was packed perfectly and the trees were in great shape!

Overall the experience was good. The trees arrived in a good condition. Understanding that orders are probably processed first in, first out, the time to place the order to the time when the update was emailed that the order was shipped was longer than expected. UPS delayed delivery, but that cannot be controlled by Ty Ty Nursery. Will moat likely order from the nursery again if I am unas to find the desired item localy.

Plants arrived pretty quickly and were packaged well. I took them out of the box and planted the next day. So far, all are looking good!
