Everything arrived in great shape with great established roots. Have planted and look
forward to great growth and full of hardy fruit.

I have received a demolished box and butchered trees. In addition the jelly substance for the roots was wrapped tightly, but it was covering only 1/3 of the root system. Highly disapointed with this purchase.
I hope the tree that customer service is not replacing will establish itself and flourish.

I asked to cancel the order and customer service took a long time to respond. Then responded that it was too late to cancel. UPS said that only the label had been created, but it had NOT shipped yet. I would not order again from this company or recommend to my gardening friends.

Both trees we got were dead on arrival

Shopping experience was pretty straight forward. The tree arrived with less of a top than I expected and no green at all. I planted it the same day it was received and I hope it takes.

3 gallon plants were small , weak root systems , were in permanent wilt . had to cut back to 10 " . As a horticulturist this is not what I expected for approx. $ 160 . Find another nursery .

Here, website was easy to navigate and the price very reasonable. Our trees arrived packaged well and seem healthy.

The sassafras tree was incredibly small with very few leaves. The Bradford Pear tree was broken at the main lead branch so that leader is not going to survive. I was disappointed that these trees arrived in stressed condition. I purchased a Bradford Pear tree last spring and it did not survive. I have not been impressed with the delivery condition of the trees I have ordered.

Quick shipping and plants packaged well. My bamboo plants are in the ground and being carefully cared for and hoping they flourish. Will return for more plants in the future, thank you!

Shipping delays and disinterested customer service. Would only purchase again if in need of a tree that I can not find anywhere else.

I was expecting the plant to come in a pot, but it was just a branch with some gelatin to develop the roots. I had forgotten why I stopped buying from this place. I will see if the plant actually develops and come back and review the rating.

My order shipped last Thursday. Do to the Holiday, then inclement weather, my order still has not arrived. I fear that after a week in transit, then a night in a frigid warehouse during a storm, my plants will be dead by the time they finally arrive
