Received order promptly. Item was very well packaged and was in excellent condition. I would likely order from the company again and have already recommended to a friend.

All plants arrived healthy and well packaged. We can't wait to see what beautiful items they grow into.

I ordered a 4-5 ft tree, I received a 3-4 ft tree with a slight refund difference, but wasn’t notified or asked if I wanted a full refund first….i would’ve taken the full refund because I wanted the bigger tree.

First time buying a tree from Ty Ty Nursery. Whole experience was a pleasure. Tree arrived in great shape, exactly what we ordered. Will be buying more from them in the future.

The trees and bushes were very nice. The hydration granules were in very tiny bags.

I sent pictures multiple times to do a warranty claim on 3 trees and it took a year for them to finally “get” the pictures. The trees were mailed during the hottest part of the summer and were all but dead when they arrived. I planted anyways immediately but it was in vain. Leaves dropped and never reappeared. Then I was given a store credit instead of a refund and it was not for the full original purchase price. Which was not what the warranty stated. Will not purchase again from them.

A lot of varieties to choose from and ordering was easy. I bought a 5’ - 6’ Pink Velour Crape Myrtle. The tree arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged (almost too well, it took some time to remove the wrapping around the root ball). What a beautiful tree, in great shape with leaves on it. I just planted it today. Will see how it does.

Web site details are poor. I called and got poor service. I took a chance and ordered in hopes the item was as led to believe. That was a mistake. The item arrived safely, but the roots were crushed and have evidence of decomposition. I mended and planted; now we hope we can save the tree.

Received cherry trees in timely manner and according to ample notifications. Both trees look healthy and happy.

Great customer service over the phone. Packages shipped promptly and quickly delivered via UPS. The one thing I wish I had known that these were bare root trees, which was not explicitly stated as far as I could tell on the persimmon trees I ordered. It's fine just wanted the heads up. One is the trees didn't have as big roots as the other so just a little worried about the success of that tree. But there is a guarantee for one year. Overall a very experience.
