trees came in very good condition

Ordered two, 4 to 6 foot chinquapin nut trees in the fall. requested a fall delivery as i had already dug the holes.
Was informed later it would be a spring delivery. was informed in the sring that all the 4 to 6 foot trees had died and was given a choice of what i wanted. I wound up getting 4 smaller chinquapin trees. They were delivered and seem fine at the moment. will be keeping a close watch on them. Was not informed as to why the other trees died!

So far , as they have not been planted, I am so surprised at the height and condition of these trees. They look great and they are bigger and taller than expected. I will use TYTYGA again.

I ordered 2 trees and some other things .. so far I’ve only received 1 tree and the trunk is crooked, it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received the rest of my order

One tree looks good but the other hardly has any roots and looks like a tall stick. The shipping process was smooth and relatively quick so I would still order again if the stick develops any growth.

Still waiting on the Plant. Have the been sent? List in Delivery ?

The prices are a great deal better than most online nurseries. I ordered and received 2 Samson plums and an elderberry. They arrived in a box suitable for a Ft. Knox gold shipment. The box had 3 sub-sections to support the stems and root masses. The roots were bound together in a plastic bag filled with moisture crystals. The bag was secured with approximately one quarter of a roll of clear packing tape. Another layer of plastic was then added and the remaining three quarters roll of tape was applied. I received my order at roughly 1300hrs and was able to plant the trees under the light of the full moon as I needed to take several breaks from unwrapping the tape. I tried several times to cut the tape off only to lose my knife, secateurs, and dentures to the sticky mass the tape had invariably become. I planted the trees immediately upon their release from the perilous plastic prison and sat back and smiled at my planting accomplishment and then yelled maniacally as my young dog bit the upper half of my elderberry off. This was not surprising though as he plays with my neighbor's children often and has begun behaving like them. All-in-all I would definitely say my shopping experience with Tyty has been very positive and once I have replaced my knife, secateurs, dentures, dog and with any luck; my neighbor's children, I will most assuredly be buying from Tyty again.

The trees arrived within a minimum slotted time. They were good size and shape based on wgg g at I ordered.

They have great variety of plants, and they ship it out super fast! Will purchase from Ty Ty again!

I was really impressed with the varieties of fruit trees and grapes offered by Ty Ty, which is why I ordered from them. Their website has a lot of "deals", some of which are pretty confusing. For example, that flash deal ending at midnight will be repeated tomorrow. And plants that are buy one get one free, you only get the free one if you put it in your cart, it does not come automatically even if you have paid for it. I found that one out the hard way. After a lot of back and forth, I did eventually get my free tree shipped to me separately, but Ty Ty made it clear they were making an exception for me, and they had to get a manager's approval. However they were very receptive to some of my advice on how to make their website deals more clear, and that was updated within a few days, so it sounds like customers have been having a lot fewer issues accessing the 2 for 1 deals. So if you're trying to order something from them and you're not sure how something works, I would encourage you to wait and reach out to customer service before placing your order. It's just simpler that way, and that flash deal will still be there the next day.
As far as the merchandise, everything I received was dormant and bare root, and it was all bundled together in one big root ball, wrapped in lots of plastic and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box that was sufficient to protect from injury during shipping. Trees and vines had ample root growth, and have all transplanted well. For a novice gardeners, bare root plants can be a little more fragile than the ones you get in nursery pots, so take the time to familiarize yourself with how to soak them to remove the hydrating gel. Some of their boxes have a QR code on the outside with the link to their website for instructions. Not all the boxes do, but you can still find planting instructions on their website. Instructions are generic, not variety specific.
