I paid quite a bit for a 4-5 foot persimmon tree. What arrived was a dead stick. I also bought root energizer and wrap to protect the tree. There was no point: the stick was dead on arrival. I have rarely been this disappointed because this STICK was expensive, and TyTy has a good reputation. I am disgusted and feel ripped off

Not happy. Peach tree had one long root, one small side root. Have never received a plant with so few roots. No packing list, did not know who this was from until I used the QR code on the box. Planting directions say to keep the soil line on the trunk at ground level. There was no soil line. A gel was packed with the plant, add it to the soil or discard it? No information from TYTY online. That said, the root was well encased in a wet paper, plastic bag and tape.
Box arrived damaged, and was delayed, some small branches broken. This is likely a UPS fault, but contributed to an overall poor experience. I just hope it grows.

I was able to find and purchase what I wanted quickly.
However, I am still waiting for my order to ship and it's not clear when it will.
I made my purchase with the understanding that I would receive "the fastest shipping now" as advertised on the website's homepage.
Timing is critical for the type of tree I am attempting to plant in KY climatic zone. I would have purchased the trees elsewhere if I new it was going to take this long.
The owner did respond quickly to an email I sent on the subject and said the volume of business was impacting shipping times.
Fair enough. Just make this information transparent on the front end of the shopping experience.

I placed order #494176 on March 16th but changed the shipping address on that date after I placed it. I see that the shipping was changed but have not received anything that it has shipped. When I check online it shows it "processing". I cannot offer a review as of yet on the product. Thanks

Well, I guess it does say "up to" 6 feet. Not counting the root ball these are the heights.
Black bamboo running, approximately 3 feet tall.
Fishing pole bamboo Approximately 2.5 feet tall.
Moso bamboo Approximately 1.5 feet tall.
One plant had black spots on lower leaves from being over watered box was ripped open, branches broken, another plant dried out partially from being under watered. For the price there really needs to be quality control and better foliage.
Otherwise on 2 of the plants they did a great job getting a nice sized rootball.

Bought 2 Montmorency cherry trees. They are a foot taller than what I ordered. Packed very well. Even though they are bare root, the roots and stems are very sturdy. Green leaves just starting to bud out.
