DO NOT BUY FROM TY TY NURSERY!! 😡
I bought 4, 1 gallon vines. What I got was for twigs with no roots. I have contacted customer service half a dozen times With no response to my questions or refund. This is a terrible shop. I am one upset buyer. I am warning you, don't make the mistake by buying from this shop! 🚫💔 #AvoidShoppingFromTyTyNursery

I was invited to review this company despite my order never having arrived. It's still listed as "processing", and has been in processing since Mar. 13th. I have gotten no update, estimated arrival or any other information since the day I made the order. Will change this review when (if) I actually get my order in.

BUYERS BEWARE I spent a hundred and eleveollars on four twigs that had no roots. I have made multiple emails to this shop without a response to my questions. DO NOT BUY FROMM TY TY. I have asked for a refund or replacement and once again no response. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered buying plants. Please do NOT consider this shop for your purchase.

Ordering my plants was a breeze. Still waiting to find out when I can expect to receive them. Received several sale emails and a confirmation on the order. Would love something telling me when I can expect them so I’m prepared to put them in the ground immediately.

The reason you get 3 stars is because you failed to communicate when my order is going to ship. The shopping was easy you get 5 starts.
