Soon after placing my order I was notified some of the items were on backorder. I appreciated the communication about my order options. I was told it would probably be a couple of weeks delay which was fine because I wasn't in any rush. Two days later I got another email indicating my original order had shipped. It ended up being received within the original time frame and the plants were in great shape. I've ordered a few times from TY TY and each time the plants were received timely and the plants were in excellent condition. I also appreciate how quickly TY TY ships compared to other nurseries I have ordered from in the past. I highly recommend them.

I forgot to include the discount code when I placed an order. I called immediately and spoke to a nice young lady who promised to give me a credit, based on the order and discount.
Never happened.
I've called and been put on perpetual hold, and I've emailed. No response.

I can’t leave an honest review because I have not received my order. I have gone to the website multiple times. The order status just says processing and has no tracking information available.

I placed an order 10 days ago and have yet to receive any updates on its shipment. The online status remains at 'Processing,' yet in the same timeframe, I've received about 10 marketing emails from the company. This lack of communication regarding the order's progress is disappointing.

I just received my order on 3/16/24 timely and well packaged. However, the cherry trees (2) are nothing more than a 5-6 ft "stick". BBW, I had to go to my local Tractor Supply for chicken feed and they happened to be selling cherry trees less than half the price I paid! A. They look like trees, so I purchased 5! To compound the matter, they also had raspberry, blueberry and blackberry. All better looking for a good price. Agway which is always higher was 80% of the Ty Ty price without shipping. Look we all need to make a living and I have no problem paying for what I receive, it's just that your marketing should be more representative on the product.
