I purchased 2 trees a week ago. I get 2 or 3 coupon offers a day from you but nothing in regards to my order and when I check it on your site 7 days later, it still says âProcessingâ. When I ordered it said trees would be shipped within 2 days. I tried calling and got a voice mail message stating hours (which my call was within) with no way to leave a message. Pretty sure this site is a scam. I would avoid this business at all costs!!!!!!!!

No follow up- no communication indicating an estimated shipping date. I recall ordering from you on line about 8 years ago, went thru the same miserable experience and now remember why I sensed business with you. I placed 2 orders- one for me, and a few days later as a gift!! No idea what month or year these items will be shipped

They took my money and acknowledged it but have said zero about when trees will ship. I expect they will wind up on my doorstep unannounced as they have sent me 23 sales promo emails but no communication.

Bought a plant as a gift and no word on the order after a week. I emailed about the order and got an auto reply saying my email would be replied to in the order it was received and that was two days ago. I guess that is the extent of the customer service you can expect from Ty Ty. To top it all off the email they sent to write a review didn't work and I had to go to the website to rant.
