The bamboo arrived and it was well packaged. They top of the bamboo was really dry and brittle and broke off. It was not as advertised. It wasn't a 6 inch clump. Differently not worth the $97 that I spent. Probably won't be buying again. Only time will tell.

First time purchase. The catalpa tree was delivered with all 3 branches broke which could be related to delivery. However, after I unwrapped the roots I discovered severe damage to the roots. Some needs to call me!!! This tree is destroyed

The tree got here quickly and was alive, but was broken almost in half and was taped back together and 5 smaller branches were damaged and dead upon arrival so I trimmed them off which wasn’t a big deal. I also had to trim several main roots that had also been damaged due to being wrapped too tightly. The main trunk of the tree was also curved and not straight. I bought the largest tree they had available and did not feel it was worth the money as I have bought from many other nurseries and received larger trunk diameter trees. For these reasons I gave a 2 star review.

When I received the package it was ripped open by shipping company I would assume. When I opened the package it was clear what was ordered (8-10’) I received 5/6’ with all the branches destroyed. Product was not as advertised and severely damaged in shipping. Will continue to search for healthy fruit trees as this experience was costly with no value being returned via product.

I don't like that the trees have no dirt they came as sticks I hope I didn't by sticks and once I get them in the ground they survive but next time I'd prefer to by from Walmart and get a tree that is alive over a stick that I got from this place

This company did not deliver the package to the shipping address I provided, they delivered to the billing address. When I got the tracking information and saw that the address was wrong, I contacted them right away. They were unwilling to correct their mistake. I got this information well before the delivery due date and they had time to get it right. Thoroughly disgusted with this company and would NOT recommend them or order from them again! Buyers beware.

I recently purchased several types of bareroot Raspberry canes. They arrived quickly as promised and they were all in great shape. The packaging really protected them during the shipping process and I immediately prepped my planting containers and got them in the ground. I can't wait to see how they do.

It was very easy to order the fruit trees and grape vines. I was a little concerned after I read negative reviews. I called the telephone number listed and was reassured that I would get my items. I received them this morning and they are beautiful and were well protected for shipping. The roots are moist and wrapped very well.

The online catalog was well illustrated and enabled me to find what I was looking for. The email that followed it said that I should call to state a good delivery date, and when I phoned, she understood exactly what I needed and set up the new delivery date. So far, my experience with TyTy has been very easy and smooth. I'm looking forward to the arrival of my grape plants.
