I just love the entire experience. From order to planting was the best. Ordering made easy, prices are reasonable, and to my amazement; the trees came well packaged and moisture wrapped better than I’d ever seen from other nurseries. The new trees both had a vigorous rooting system started and small new leaf buds had just begun opening. The healthiest nursery mail order I have ever received.

Trees were clumped together and packed too tight. There were several broken branches . Hopefully we can nurse them back if it’s not too late . Trees were dry and coated with gell at the bottom. You should pack each tree individually to

This is my first purchase with this nursery, and so far NOT so good. I ordered a plant that their website said ‘in stock’. Two days later, I received a call from them telling me they didn’t actually have in stock and would have them the week after. Well, that didn’t happen as the week after came and gone. They didn’t let me know or reply to my email about the update. I finally got to speak to someone today and was told they may have it ‘by the end of next week, or maybe two weeks’! Delays happen but not keeping customers updated is bad business.

extremely well packaged. including for the first time i have seen it done by any nursery; a large amount of moisture releasing gel granules packed around the bare roots. The tree is definitely alive and in good condition. The tree was 6 ft as advertised. the box was beat to heck but it did it's job.

I spent so much and received so little , I've never seen such a mismatched assortment of 4 bamboo trees in my life , the tallest about 3 feet tall running down to about 18 inches @ $65.00 a tree I expected more in equal/quality and size .
