Easy to navigate through the web page and find what I was looking for. Having the description of the tree/shrub was helpful. Shipping was reasonable.

I had a tree die within the warranty period but you would not replace the dead tree. Instead you gave me a store credit. When I tried to reorder a replacement tree you required a $40 minimium order which exceeded the price of the replacement. Stepping up to the next size larger tree still left me with a few cents short of the minimium. I had to step up two sizes larger. This meant I had to pay $56 more in order to get a $20 refund. What a ripoff. I doubt I will buy from you again.

I am concerned that shipping took so long, one state over, wonder what kind of shape a young tree will be in after 3 or 4 days in a box or whatever with no light, no air and no water. Makes me hesitant to order from here again.

I made two orders and called customer service. Representative was short and Kurt. She was not consider combining the two orders to simplify it and bring the costs down. I am still waiting for the trees to come, I can’t comment on the product.

I ordered a Rising Sun Redbud. The tree arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged extremely well. I look forward to seeing it in my front lawn in all its glory. I have been unable to find this particular tree locally over the last couple of years and was thrilled to find a 5ft tree through Ty Ty Nursery. Thank you!

This is the second time I have purchased from Ty Ty nursery. The two trees I bought last year are doing great. I purchased a fig tree this time and it showed up well packaged and on time. It is in the ground and I can’t wait until it starts producing fruit. Highly recommend this company.

Last year they shipped me an expensive apricot "tree" - a 5 foot long skinny twig that was stone dead on arrival. They have a guarantee that covers the cost of the item, but not the shipping. This is a rip off. Why should I incur one cent of cost for their screw up? I will not be ordering from them again.

We recently ordered 2 dwarf apple trees and they were delivered promptly last week. The trees looked great and the planting instructions were helpful. Hopefully, they grow delicious apples! Thanks, TyTy!
