Not impressed with the plants, I've bought banana trees from different nurseries and they never look this bad upon arrival.

I was disappointed with the banana trees that I received. The box that they came in was undamaged but the trees inside were in poor shape. The leaves were torn, brown and some were broken. I had purchased banana trees from you in the past and they were in worse shape than these and eventually died. I figured I would give you a second chance in case the damage was due to shipping. It seems it wasn’t. I will continue to buy plants from other sources as they always arrive in much better shape.

The absolute best trees I have ordered for the price, Have received a dozen different fruit trees 5-6 ft for a very reasonable price and been simply shocked at what came. By that I mean; size of the trunk, roots and branching.Ordered many trees from online vendors for double and triple the $ to get something comparable. Very satisfied first year customer shopping at TYTY nursery.

Two of the raspberries I received the purple and the fall gold were very small 1/2 the size of a pencil. No where near the other plants in the package. I would like these replaced. I have pictures if needed

Following a phone call to customer service and a further email with photos of the devastated root system I received a reply pointing out that a “juvenile root “ could be planted and given a chance to grow. The juvenile root referred to was a piece of the root ball that had been “pruned to fit the box”. This is NOT a satisfactory response as I paid for a tree not a piece of the roots. I did not give a one star review as I am waiting for another response to my last email.
