Overall it was a good experience. However, we ordered a 6 to 7 foot trees. 5 out of 6 of them were the correct height. One of them was about 4ft high. All of the trees look healthy.

I just received the plants. It was very prompt. I have not had the chance to get the plants planted nor saw them (my husband is handling it). I did like the instructions of handling the plants. I do wish there were more detailed information as to proper planting and fertilizing for the different plant types. I expect everything to work out well.

My two tea olive plants arrived in perfect condition. I am so happy with the care they took in packing and shipping them, and can’t wait to plant these quality seedlings.

Both apple trees' tops were broken and multiple limbs were broken too. Blueberry bushes had a multiple breaks. This was all as it had arrived in its box. Also, I know I'm ignorant and new with these things, but the tree guard and moisture pouches had no instructions and didn't know what to do with them. For spending over $300 on 4 plants, I kind of expected more.

The shopping experience was okay. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the appearance of the trees looked good, of course they are still dormant but the root bulbs were moist and look healthy. I was most disappointed that the website flashed a 15% off $100 discount, which was good, but there was no indication of the 25% discount per fruit tree. So I lost on on savings an had to spend more than intended to get the 15%. Just felt like a cheat, seeing the smaller discount was pushed and there was no indication that other discounts were available. So if you are shopping pay attention so you get the best deal. I did not get the best deal and that is frustrating.
