Gate was closed when I arrived at the appointed time. Had to call and then wait for 10 minutes in the highway turn lane for the gate to be opened. The 4 trees and receipt was delivered. Trees were loaded, I turned around and left.
My previous experience with Ty Ty Nursery, I purchased 7 Sumner Pecan trees. 3 of the 7 died within a year, but because I didn’t save my receipt…I was out of luck.
My experience has persuaded me to belief that small customers don’t receive the same customer service of those buying larger amounts of trees and/or other plants.

I had ordered some plants last year and unfortunately some didn't live after planting. I called about their guarantee and the process to get my money back was painless. I liked it so much that I purchased 4 more blueberry plants and 8 more trees

Ty Ty Nursery's staff was awesome! She helped me decide on the correct plants for my area so I would have the best outcome. All the plants were in wonderful condition. I will be shopping there again!

Well... I mean it's an unfair reply. But you asked me to review before my stuff has arrived. Your site is mostly easy to navigate. The spot to look up order status is a little hard to find. Same with my account information. This is my first order with you. So im hoping your a trustworthy company. But until I get the stuff I requested I won't know that. So I have to rate you low until the order is completely satisfied. Once you've successfully satisfied an order or two of mine. I'd be happy to give you a more favorable review. Until then I remain optimistic but suspicious.

Orders take entirely too long I order plants trees in abundance from stark brothers in Missouri and always get their order a week before ty ty which is four hours away mind you the trees are always in good shape and packaged well however when you spend several hundred dollars per order and the site says usually ships next day but you wait two weeks its kinda aggravating I really hate leaving less than stellar reviews but come on guys. If you want people's business and a great verbal report with other arborist the least you could do is ship the order next day as your site claims, hopefully next time I can honestly say it was a great experience and brag on ty ty but stark has you guys beat all the way from Missouri two weeks before you even update my account as shipped with a tracking number orders placed the same day and I live in georgia yall used to be fantastic with this please do better some people really like your company but shipping and updates are not the best right now have a great week thankbyou for providing awesome plants and packaging them so well wish I could say more positives but this time the service fell short SEMPER FI GSGT M.

I purchased the 3 gallon plant and I'm extremely disappointed. There is no way the items I was shipped constitutes a 3 gallon tree. I also purchased the additional items offered. I almost threw it away because it was so small and there are no directions on how to use any of it. I could have just used a kitchen trash bag.

I arranged for a Saturday pickup . All went perfect. Plants looked very nice.

The price dropped on the second day following the order placement, yet despite this, they were unwilling to provide a price adjustment. However, the order was shipped seven days after it was initially placed.

Excellent prices and well packaged grape vines. I was confused about my order being complete because I didn’t fully unpack it and their customer service helped me sort it. Friendly business with great fruiting plants!
