So far, so good. Received on Good Friday and immediately planted our tree. Delivered two other trees to friends who had theirs planted by the next morning. Planning to be diligent in watering every day!! We already have a beautiful Peppermint Peach that is about 20 years old. Yes! Looking forward to having this new tree for many years.

I made two orders for blackberry plants and neither one arrived viable. I planted each order immediately on delivery and neither has shown any signs of life after 2 months.

Plants were packed well so there was very few broken branch ends. Roots were wrapped so they wouldn't dry out. Would buy from them again.

Arrived timely and well packaged, no planting instructions with it but fertilizer, do a little research and be ready for your plant. Hasn’t broken dormancy yet but is a nice size and shape specimen

Ordered two magnolia trees a year and a half ago at that time that was told they hadn’t gone dormant. They couldn’t take them up they were sent to me in March 2023. I planted them in the ground they both died. I was told to take pictures of them to make sure they were dead, which I did, and sent it to them they agreed to replace them in the meantime, I ordered two lovely magnolia trees from another company which are in the ground now a year later, and doing fine. Instead of replacing the trees in December 2023 I was told that they were out of stock and I may have to wait another year So I have asked them to please just refund me which they don’t even want to. Do they just want to give me credit which I do not want because I will never order anything from TyThai again. I feel like I was just giving me a runaround

Nice tree, easy to purchase. The mailing got a bit confused, as I requested the tree arrive later because I wasn't home, but all ok. Really good experience

Not overjoyed with the starts. Not much for 2 yr old plants but we'll see. Just put them in the ground yesterday.

I purchased two River Burch trees that died after spent a year awaiting them to bloom. I had to pay shipping to have the trees replaced. Will definitely not purchase from TyTy again.
