Box was all damaged up. Three of the ten plants had been broken. Hopefully they will stay alive. I hate to give bad reviews and only hope this review is internal. Disappointed but hopeful w care

I was disappointed to be able to place and order online (even after calling to insure availability) and be charged, only to be contacted several days later stating the trees I had ordered were no longer available. I called upon placing my order and talked to someone less than kind or patient, though the employee who contacted me regarding the lack of availability was very pleasant.

I don't think my tree is alive.. has been in the ground since received and there is no new growth from any of the nodes.

The sugar maple was in excellent shape when I received it. Can't wait for it to get leaves and for it to get fall colors!! Will use this company again!

Very impressive packaging. Quick delivery. Time will tell if the trees survive now that they are in the ground.

The trees we ordered came very wilted and browning, even after following the planting directions and allowing a few days for them to bounce back, they appear to be dying. So disappointed as we paid a lot of money for bearing mulberries. We have reached out to customer service but have not heard back.

The PawPaw tree arrived quickly and seems to be alive. Only time will tell. The tree is very small, I hope it survives planting.

Greetings from the Carolina Boys! Healthy plants. Well packaged. Plenty of moisture crystals packed around the roots. Will use Ty Ty again. 5 stars

I received my order prompt and in good condition. The crape myrtle was a lot bigger than what ordered and in very good shape. However the muscadines didn't have very many roots on them. I think they will be O K but I did put them in pots where they could be looked after more closely.
Thanks Again,
Jim Henderson
