I was just trying to get a refund and order a replacement. It appears I have to order $40 worth of products to get my one Grapevine. This needs to be fixed.

I’m happy the 2 trees arrived so quickly. One of them has hardly any roots. I’ve planted both and hoping they make it. This is why I’m giving you 3 stars. If they both survive, I’ll let you know and we can change to 5 stars.

Your response to my concern about the tree I received has been poor. I expected better on how to care for it andor replacement, saying tree is "a little stress" is not an answer. Tree is not recovering has shown no signs of improvement.

Just planted the 2 trees. They look okay, but too early to tell how they’ll do, if they’ll live.

I ordered eight clumping bamboo plants and six are robust plants with several large canes and a good bit of root mass, but two were considerably smaller than the others without nearly as much root mass.

I spoke to a person when I made the order. I like that. And the tree I ordered came right on time and was packaged well. I planted it right away. Thanks.

These guys are awesome. Not only are their prices teh best, but service is great as well. After placing an order online, I changed my mind about the trees I wanted. They had no problem changing my order for me. The trees arrived super fast. I ordered 3-4 ft trees and they were all every bit of 4 feet tall. I would recommend Ty Ty to anyone looking to purchase trees.

I have just planted three cherry trees from Ty Ty and am very happy with the overall experience. The only issue I would point out is that the root bundle contained a gelled substance for moisture retention. It would have been nice to know this was included before I opened it. Otherwise, great job, Ty Ty.
