Came in great shape. Very pleased.....except for the tiny ants that were all through my livingroom where I opened it. All good, though.

I am so very pleased with my young Henon bamboo. When I moved from my home of 40 years, I had to leave behind the grove which had grown from the single Henon I had planted . One day I realized that I could start again, and you have made that joyous dream possible.
The packaging was superb and the plants are healthy and planted. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

I ordered two plants a Kwanzan Flowering Cherry Tree - 4-5ft tall and
an Ann Japanese Magnolia Tree - 1 Gallon the plant was sooo small I almost threw it away . It was in the roots of the bigger plant I found it when I removed the packaging of the larger plant . They advertise as a 1 gallon when it’s maybe a 4 inch pot . Will try to return it .

I didn't get to plant them for almost a week after I received them. The way they were packaged allowed me those extra days so I could prepare the beds for transplant. I'll definitely be ordering from you again. Thank you very much!

So far so good! Received trees on Friday and they were well wrapped with tiny roots in good condition. Planted yesterday so fingers are crossed that they will do well and grow fast into beautiful red buds!

TyTy staff was very responsive to my requests to change delivery dates and answer any questions I had. My grape vines were well packaged and preserved and arrived in very good order appearing to be healthy.

Beautifully packed, shipped quickly, and arrived in great shape! However, the longleaf pine tree has a dramatic kink halfway up the trunk where it had to send up a replacement leader.

Received plants. All were broken. Box had major damage. Going to attempt to plant to see if they will make it.
