Shopping was made easy by listing the zones of each plant. Unfortunately, my fig tree arrived with dead leaves and I am unsure whether it can be saved or not. You should not have to try and save something you purchase. I was disappointed. I notified the company and am waiting to see what they do to correct the issue.

I have called twice and emailed twice with my concerns about my order arriving dry with wilted leaves and with some damage. The customer service person had curt, robotic answers and constantly interrupted me so that I felt that my concerns were neither heard nor responded to appropriately. Some of the trees were damaged and the banana I ordered looks like someone drove it behind a truck for a mile or two. It is a pity to waste time and labor on planting some of these trees that look so bad and makes me wish I had done more local shopping. We shall see how the others do--I will let you know!

2 out of the 3 plants I ordered are alive. One died and sadly it was the one of the plants that need a pollinators.

I was a bit nervous ordering a red bud tree sight unseen, but I was thrilled when I received a perfect tree! Was delivered promptly. Tree appears very healthy and was well packaged with obvious care - no damage at all. Planting instructions were included. I couldn’t be happier! Will definitely use Ty Ty again.

All vines appear to be dead but I’m going to plant them anyway and see what happens. I won’t order from here again.

Very disappointed in the quality of the grape vines. The muscadine roots was dry, small, and the plants very short. I don’t know if they going to make it. I paid over $200 for my order and iexpected better quality of plants.

The plants that were listed as 1 gallon were tiny and definitely would not fill a 1 gallon pot. They were more like bare root seedlings.

I made an error in ordering a pawpaw tree and the cancellation and reimbursement process went flawlessly. Very pleased with customer service. I wish they had the variety I had wanted.

I paid a total of $150 for an 7 to 8 ft oak tree. What arrived was a long stick with no leaves.

Well I received my order and as you know it was a stick. So until it changes drastically I will leave it at 3 stars and update later.
