My trees came well wrapped and hydrated. They are still alive and doing well after transplaning them into the ground and into plant pots. The trees were boxed very well. Shipping was fast.

The plant arrived the day after shipping. The plants leaves,however, were very dry to the touch. The roots were semi moist but I am afraid the plant was allowed to dry out before being prepared to ship. I planted the palm within a half an hour of receiving it in a large pot with good soil. The plant does not appear to be recovering

trees arrived bone dry with crumpled crunchy leaves. not much of a tress for over $100 compared to quality i could get from a local nursery. but living delived trees are better than the almost dead ones i have been delivered.

Products are smaller than expected. Purchased a 4 ready to bear fruit raspberries and blackberries and received 2 flowering plants and two sticks with roots attached - they will not be bearing fruit any time soon as opposed to what was advertised. The bamboo clumps were not in good health upon arrival. Wanted this to work so well. Only two fruit plants are as advertised and expected.

Bought 11 plants in 2022. One pecan tree never even set one leaf. The replacement guarantee cost me more that the original tree plus shipping due to price increases. The replacement I received this spring had one stump of a root and no feeder roots on it. When I called and questioned the poor root system. I was told to plant it and it will be fine. My other pecan trees purchased from another supplier a few years ago are leafing out nicely...TYTY's replacement...not a leaf in sight. In addition 5 other trees, (total of 6) have died. 2 Hazelnuts, one persimmon, now the second pecan shows no leaves. I have been planting trees on this land since 2018, currently at 72 fruit and nut trees and prior to TYTY nursery I have only lost 2 trees. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them ever again. The guarantee on this year's persimmon did not cover the cost to replace the persimmon due to price increases, and they wanted $20 for shipping one tree.

Plants did arrived on time, were packed securely, and shipper didn't cause any damage. However, out of the 5 plants I purchased only the Big *** Blueberry™ Plant - 1 Gallon and the Elderberry-Bush - 3-4ft tall, didn't die.
The others:
(2) Boysenberry Blackberry Plant - 3yr old - Bearing Size and the Bristol Black Raspberry Plant - 3yr Fruiting Size were undersized and did not take. Very disappointing. I have already purchased a blackberry plant from someone else last week and it is flourishing. Buying from this company for berry plants is hit and miss.
The others:

2nd time I have ordered. Got Japanese timber bamboo. Well packaged plant looks good. Ordered blue heron bamboo 5 years ago and it's doing great. Buying bamboo only success has been getting plant with stalks and roots. Plan on buying a black or purple bamboo from Ty Ty next year

First salesperson I talked with suggested a pecan tree for wrong grow zone. Second salesperson misspelled delivery address, then, had wrong delivery dates. I realize you have no control over UPS, but someone should have an idea of how long to deliver from Georgia to Alabama. In this case, Jennifer had given it 5 days, it actually took 1. When someone has to be in receipt of live trees, salesperson should have a better estimate!
