Plants were packaged well when received, but one of the bamboo shoots arrived dead (completely hard and dried out) and they were a bit dried out in the leaves. Not buying from again, I’m looking for healthy, live plants.

I ordered 6 grape plants of different variety and different ages. I was not able to plant them right away so I did not want to unwrap them fully until time of planting. I was not able to see but 5 plants enclosed with tags and I contacted customer service. They said once plants were totally unwrapped to let them know if 1 was missing. I did as instructed. When they were unwrapped for planting I discovered that there were 6 plants in total but the plants that were supposed to be 3 year plants were so tiny that's why the one wasn't visible in the pack. 3 year plants are supposed to be fruit bearing on the year of purchase. You are made to pay a higher price for those plants. 2 of the 3 year plants were literally twigs the size of a piece of small wire. The 2 year old plants that I purchased were triple the size of the 3 year plants. I was very disappointed and emailed and felt as though I was getting the run around and had to send pictures. I had no response for weeks. I contacted again as the process went more smooth with the other person although I had to repeat prior steps and go through the whole process again. I was told that they could refund the price difference in the 2 and 3 year plants but was not given the option of getting bigger plants. They assured me the 3 years sometimes come that size. I really don't believe that answer. I will probably not order from TYTY again because of my disappointment. I really wanted to have bearing grape plants this year in the variety that I ordered.

My order came just as stated on their website. The root ball of 5 items were packed together and very well. All plants were well packed. I got them into the ground the same day and already see growth on the almond trees ordered, that came bare as the website states. Ordered early April for zone 7. Looking forward to watching them grow!

I’m not happy ,what I got I guess it’s my fault for not looking into it and checking things out a little bit better I’ve been buying heirloom trees from across the mountain and I pay 1597 apiece and They usually come with three or four branches on them . I probably will not buy from you again

Tree was packaged great. Upon opening, the tree was extremely wilted and dead looking.
Unwrapped, root ball was full of ants.
Called customer service, they stated this is normal snd they don't ship with ants. I beg to differ! Stated this is normal and the tree should come back. The customer service person was reading from a script. Very scripted response that was read.
Planted a dead tree anyhow, will see how it goes, if still dead. Warranty will cover the refund. Just want a live tree...

I had purchased five cherry trees in 2022 and unfortunately, they all died. I believe this was due to the extremely hot and dry weather that we experienced. However, the fine folks at TyTy replaced the trees under their one-year guarantee policy. They had excellent customer service, and I received my new trees in a quick and timely manner. New trees look great and just waiting for them to leaf out in the coming weeks. I am sure that I will be checking with TyTY in the future for additional trees. Thank you to the fine staff and friendly service!

Plants came packaged like none I'd received before. They were really safe! I ordered from this company before checking reviews which isn't something i do often and instantly I regretted it. But I decided to wait and see how it went and I'm pleased. The plants look healthy and have green growth on them, so as long as they take root and survive I'll end up giving 5 stars

I received a dead tree and called customer service. The representative told me to plant the dead tree to see if it will come back alive. I really think you should refund the money for dead tree or resend me a live tree for planting.

This is the 2nd time I bought your trees with dead tree shipped. I only purchased twice from your Nursery, I received the dead tree both times. Please check the trees before shipping so that the customers are honored and the planting season is preserved.

My plants were protected well and looked very good. I was very please with them and would recommend Ty Ty Nursery to anyone. I give them a 5 and 5 being the highest.

Our trees arrived yesterday evening via UPS which were delivered within a week. The eight trees were packaged together and we are very pleased with the height and branches and they had good roots. Trees were planted today and hopefully they will be fruitful in the near future. Very satisfied and will definitely order from them again in the future.

I received my trees and they all appear alive and well. I hope they take!

Shipping was great. Preserved the life of the trees, lively plants packaging. Trees kind a small. Hopefully will bear fruit in 3 years
