Your sales person was good to work with the tree arrived when expected. We planted it the next day. Put stone in bottom and plant fertilizer that I bought from you in the soil below the olive tree. However the leaves were falling off in the box and have continued to fall since we planted it. Any ideas??

I ordered one bulb and a blueberry bush - both look great! I am confident they will do well.
The 2 pecan trees are very long sticks with short roots coming off the sides. I put them in right away. I have no idea how they will do. I didn't know they were grafts so I took the tape off one. The graft looks complete but I don't know how if I should add any extra protection. The above ground part has no signs of life but it is still early.
I would have liked more instructions but I am infinitely grateful for the opportunity to try these trees since Ty Ty is the only online store where they are available.

My bamboo plant arrived with great, secure packing and I think is doing well. I was not able to add the suggested care products at the time of purchse, frustrating! And I would really like to have had a tracking number !!!

I was surprised when I received my 10 plants that they were literally a stick with some dead leaves and root. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and have planted them. Time will tell if they take hold and grow. Not at all what I was expecting for the price.

Items arrived okay and quickly but with no instructions. I tried rigging up the vine protector but it's obviously all wrong. Had to look up plant again on the website to get any planting instructions.

Plants appear fine and are doing ok. was expecting a distinct plant, these were clearly cut and shipped to me like sod plugs. the canes are definitely mostly immature, i thought it's best to divide off 1-2 year old canes, one is still doing it's branches. since they are being cut out i'm a little mystified at the choice to cut them out and package them on a saturday when they aren't going to be picked up until monday. I live close so they only took a day to arrive. I'm babying them as much as possible and they seem to be doing ok but I was alarmed when i got the initial ups notice on a saturday and then again when they arrived as many of the leaves appeared chlorotic.

Very disappointed, as the paw paw tree arrived in two pieces with 6" (with 5 leaf buds) snapped off the top. The problem was the tree measuring 54" was shipped in a box with an exterior dimension of only 47". Hoping for the best: I trimmed the broken end of the tree and planted as directed.

Trees were not in very good shape. One tree had its main root cut with only one side root. Of the few trees with leaves, most were broken. Prices were decent, but will not order again. Will pay a little higher price for better trees locally.
