ordering process was easy and quick. grape vines were much smaller than expected and very dried out, lets see if they come back to life

Shipment arrived quickly and packaged well. The only problem is I didn’t realize I was getting bare root trees, with absolutely no growth on them. I purchased 3 trees with leaves from tractor supply at a much cheaper price, the same size. I never have good luck with bare root so we will have to see.

I bought several fruit plants from TY & waited quite a while to do this survey 'cuz the paw paws take forever to start leafing & finally have so everything I'v got from TY is growing.

I’ll give you a four star now but we just planted the trees so I don’t know if they are good or not. My shopping experience was good and I got 30% off. Shipping was fast.

I received my replacement grape vines but they are almost dead. I got a sharp knife and scratched the base of each vine and the bark was brown, NO GREEN to be seen. I planted the vines hoping for the best but i have less than 10% confidence that they will bud. Really disappointed

Will not use services ever again. Purchased two trees, one of which was almost DOA, I've been nursing it back to health. Severely disappointed with my $100 dead twig.
Not long ago I left a review for each tree, because the other was in great shape. Today I went to log in and try and contact customer service because I am very upset with the quality of this tree that may not even make it... Now I can't log into my customer account, it says it doesn't exist. The one at the email this review was sent to.
Avoid this place at all costs.

The process was quick and easy however of the 2 bamboo that I bought, 1 was a stick with brown leaves. The other looked great. I planted them the following day and have been keeping them watered for the past week. We will see how they do. If the questionable one dies then I’ll be asking for a refund. From the online reviews I’ve read the refund or replacement is the tricky part. 😬

I have ordered barefoot plants before and I was so impressed with your plants. I didn't have time to plant them but I soaked them for about 3 hours and I heeled them in. The raspberry and the grapes are all budded out. I will order again.
