I was sent a horrible tree. Half of the trunk was missing from the base of the branches down to the bottom of the trunk and it was cracked. I had first called and told them this tree looks like it wasn’t any good but they told me to give it a try so I did. The crack in the trunk trunk got worse. Thankfully I took pictures when I first got the tree and as the tree continued in the ground, but never grew. it died. It took a lot to get my money back, but I finally got it back. I would not buy this from this company again. I have a beautiful yard full of flowering plants and trees. So I sent them pictures of all of that to show them I knew what I was doing when I planted things. It may not have been the company itself, but the person I dealt with on the phone kept asking for pictures and then when I told her I had first talked to someone when I got the plant they wanted to find that conversation. It just took a lot to get my money back and I am grateful to them that they did finally send it back to me. They did reimburse me.I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience.

I purchased a Tennessee Mtn Fig and an Elderberry. Delivery was prompt. The trees were in excellent looking condition - an online competitor sent me two damaged peach trees previously and of course the damage has spread and I’m sure if they lose much more bark they won’t produce any fruit. Needless to say I won’t be buying from them again. However I am quite sure I’ll use TyTy in the future!

It was an absolutely horrible experience. The tree showed up dead. I emailed customer service twice. Tried calling spent 20 minutes on hold and gave up. I disputed it on with my credit card company. If you’re going to brag about your fabulous trees, they should show up alive and when they don’t, you should make it right or at least answer your phone or reply to an email.

My plant arrived in bad condition. It does not even look like a plant. It looks like a thin branch with barely 4 to 5 leaves and very minimal roots.

I ordered two different grapes plants and three blueberry bushes. They were planted the day after I received them, but the grapes show no signs of life and the blueberries look wilted. I followed the planting instructions and have watered them every other day. I am concerned that none of them will make it. I will update my rating based upon the results.

Items were missing from our order. I have called twice and reported it to the woman answering the phone and emailed 3 times. Still have not received the balance of my order or email suggesting it has been shipped. This was a small order of only 2 plants. Our typical order is for 20-25 plants. Since they cannot handle a small order, we cannot trust them with a large one. WILL NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH TY TY

The American Black Walnut tree came in good shape. I am waiting for leaves to pop out. Still too early yet. The Tree is not a species that I can find in my city. I also purchased an American white Elm, which is the same case.

the blackberry plants we received are poor specimens. I even ordered the mature plants. What I got was stalks with very little roots.
