Extremely disappointed. I paid for 2 yr cavendish dwarf banana trees and what I got were only a few months old. I’ve reached out to customer care and have received no resolution. I planned to buy several more fruit trees and will now be looking elsewhere.

The tree was a little roughed up with yellow leaves that have now fallen off but I see new buds breaking and some forming. I think the tree will be fine. Besides that everything is good.

I received a tree with dry leaves. I planted it and I’m hopeful it will be ok

Web site did not disclose that the Burr Oak 7-8 feet was a bare root tree. I probably would not have ordered it if I had known. More information online would gelp

It’s been a few months now since my purchase and neither of my raspberry plants produced at all. I was a little skeptical when they arrived as the bare roots did not look healthy, but I proceeded with planting anyways hoping they would spring up with time and care. Would not purchase again.

all the trees look ok except for the persimmon tree its a short stick 6 inches in length and looks like its dry (dead) I planted everything I'm just waiting for results. I thought the trees would come in better shape not just twigs. I paid $249.00 for twigs it looks like.

Received healthy plants in a reasonable timeframe. The support team is also great. When there was a mishap with part of my order, they made it right, no questions asked.

The tree arrived as promised. I am concerned if it will survive as the leaves were all dried out. There was nothing in the directions about that.

I wish that your staff who answered phone call would be little more friendly to a frantic buyer. When I saw the state of my tree laid in the box looking like extreme frost damage, I called.

The tree was pitiful looking when it arrived. It’s been three weeks since we planted it and it still looks awful. I was told to call back in June, to see about a refund. Keep in mind it’s April 25. I’ll never shop here again!
