I’m only giving 3 stars because I don’t know if these trees will grow. The two plum trees look like large twigs and are either dormant or dead. I can’t give an honest review for at least 6 months.

Some of the trees were spliced and don't look very healthy.The other smaller trees that were not spliced the leaves were Brown and wilted not very happy with the way they were packaged , they all came rapped together in plastic wrap hopefully, if these trees do not survive, they will replace them.Because I paid almost $500 for these trees

Tree is dead. It was delivered that way, all leaves were wilted and a branch was broken. I planted it anyway, hoping for a miracle. But it’s not doing any better.
I’m thinking that you don’t care what you send out. It had to be in horrible condition when you shipped it. The roots were moist and it only took four days to get here.

The tree is great, but their email system is terrible. Ever since purchasing from them I have been receiving on average two to three emails a day from them. I have used their link to unsubscribe four or five times without any immediate change. I ended up just having to block the emails because their system is so aggressive.

Fast ship on time, properly packed, all trees started to bud within a week of arrival — needed to plant them fast. They did their part, and now we will see if I planted them soon enough, well situated, and per instructions. Not easy, as they were delivered to just outside Houston, two days later I flew to Jacksonville, then the next day to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I wrapped the box in weedblock fabric the morning I left for Jacksonville, and removed it about 28 hours later in Cuba. I wasn’t able to plant the first tree until Sunday, but the digging was tougher than expected. I planted the last two of five trees on Thursday, so 9 days after delivery. By that time, all of the pecan trees had buds just starting to open. We shall see how they do here, pretty far south for pecan trees. Regardless, I am very pleased.

Inability for call center to get orders right and unable to adequately answer questions about products. Made three separate tree orders by phone, totaling over $600. Received conflicting information and instructions from each rep. When I made the final order I updated my shipping date and requested all orders be sent together. Called back the next day because I wasn't confident the previous rep did what I asked and I was assured all orders would be shipped out together. I received two of the three, and had to call back for the third, which they would not expedite. It cost me time and money because my orchard is not near my home and has no shipping address. I'll try a different nursery next time.

Both Eastern Redbud trees arrived in terrible condition — wilted, damaged leaves and weak branches straight out of the box. Within one week, despite consistent watering and rainfall, every single leaf dried out completely. Both trees appear to be dead.
When I finally heard back from customer support, their solution was to wait up to 3 months to see if the trees "might" recover. I paid for healthy, live trees — not a 3-month guessing game on whether dead sticks will magically come back to life. This is completely unacceptable.
