It was terrible! Customer service hasn’t responded to my emails! I ordered a 5-6 foot tree and received a 2-3 foot dead tree in a 3 foot box. They knew they shipped the wrong size. If i wanted a 2-3 foot tree i would have ordered that. Never will I buy from this company again.

My Persimmon trees arrived well packaged and protected from the carrier’s distress and disregard. A few small twigs were snapped, but cleaned up with pruning shears. The trees were hearty, well wrapped and arrived with moisture on the roots. I look forward to the results.

I would have given 5 star if the young woman had emailed me to send pictures of the breakage that was on the tree but I never received it. However, the tree is planted and seems to be doing fine. Just disappointed that several areas had breakage

The blackberry bush looks a little under the weather. But we will see what it does.

I am very pleased with the plants I recieved from Ty Ty so far. They arrived dormant and bareroot. Within days of planting the first of two apricot trees started to bud and leaf out. The second apricot and the raspberry took over a week longer to show any signs of life. Once they did they both have done remarkably well. It frayed my patience a bit but that is on me.
When the time comes, I will buy again as all of the plants from this and a previous order are doing very well so far.

Delivered as expected. But the elberta peach looks super dry, not sure it will grow any leaves , by now peach trees has leaves and bloomed already , and this one is just a sticks. Not happy with this purchase

Received one of the trees with no small root veins or something that resembles when a tree is pulled out its soil. It looked like a dried gree, no signs of life and your expected to plant this? I asked for a refund but no reply.

Bad experience. Bought two cherry trees June of 25. They did not make it. Did not look good when we got them. Called and requested replacement. Could only get credit for trees. No replacement. Just credit. Which did not include shipping etc. Went ahead and ordered a 70's dollar tree to replace the two dead ones. When received was basically a stick with some roots. Went by Lowes the other night and bought a tree that is at least 7 feet tall with branches and leaves for 40 bucks. Bye Bye TyTy. I would not recommend you to my worst enemy!
