Recently, I was sent a half dead and diseased tree. The tree had two main branches, one of which was dead, the other of which was lifted out, but was totally infested with brown spot; a highly contagious pathogen. I called and informed the nurse about the situation on Monday, and sent them pictures of the tree within five minutes of hanging up from that call. It is now Friday and I haven’t heard anything from the nursery. I will never buy anything from this nursery again, and will encourage everyone I can talk to not to purchase anything as well. This is disgraceful conduct from a national level nursery.

I ordered a Chicago Hardy Fig tree. It arrived in record time and it was very well packaged. The tree itself looked green and healthy and it was well watered for transit. I can't wait to see how well it does over tis next year and the years to come.

Just received my Rainier Cherry tree from Ty Ty Nursery and I’m honestly impressed. The tree arrived tall, healthy, and well-packaged with a solid root system and fresh buds already pushing growth. Shipping was quicker than expected and the tree looked much better than some bare-root trees I’ve ordered elsewhere in the past.
I ordered the 7-foot bare root version and it definitely lived up to the description. Trunk and branching looked strong, and after soaking the roots and getting it planted, it’s already starting to wake up nicely. You can tell this wasn’t some weak little twig thrown in a box.
Looking forward to seeing it mature and produce those beautiful sweet yellow-red cherries. Very satisfied with the purchase and would absolutely order from Ty Ty Nursery again.

I can only review the shipping which was good, however the CS was not that good , I called to ask for some information on the tree and CS said they would send but never did, yes I checked the Spam folder. Also, I don’t know much about bare root trees but these two trees look dead. We will see if they catch

Trees seem ok, order 4 crabapple and 2 pear, both pear had no branches and 1 had just 1 root not to confident in these trees, ordered from different supplier before probably go back

I bought one Kwanzan tree and 2 hydrangeas.
The tree arrived kind of dying but we were able to plant and will see if recovers. The hydrangeas arrived totally dead no way to recover and when I requested a refund I was told the plants were good. The gardner was very impressed how bad the plants were. Pictures were sent but they said no refund! Very bad customer service and bad plants! Do not buy anything here unless you are willing to write your money and time.

I had a no-grow warranty claim that tyty honored. How ever they do not send replacement trees, just a cost credit to the account. Therefore to purchase replacement trees (only 3 ordered) you have to pay the $30+ shipping charge or order more trees during a special where shipping is free over $200 purchase
