The shipping was very timely but I was very disappointed that the leader candle on my longleaf pine was broken off. When I called I was told to plant it anyway that it would be just fine. That is not what i read on the internet, but I have planted it and hoping for the best.

Half my delivery was missing; the chestnut trees I received came to me badly dried out and very poorly packaged compared to others I have purchased elsewhere, the filberts (2nd half of delivery) came in OK shape but very small/spindly compared to others purchased elsewhere. I will not be a repeat customer nor would I recommend TyTy

I spent $350 only to have to file a lost package claim when my order never showed up. Then I had to email repeatedly, for over a month asking for a refund. I had to call multiple times because emails contracted what staff verbally told over the phone. Worst communication I’ve experienced in 25 years of retail. Finally got a refund and I would never shop here or suggest this business to anyone, ever.

I ordered 3 blackberry plants, arrived in such terrible shape they were not even worth planting, I took pictures, send to customer service and 2 follow up emails requesting my money be refunded and rI didn't receive one response, I will not use and do not recommend this company to deal with.

2 of the trees I got died. They won't replace the trees but give me a certificate for less than what one is worth. Im out 2 trees unless I spend more money. Refund policy not as great as you think. But at least they give you a little so you can spend more money if the plant dies.

I had 6 trees in in box and two in the other with a lot of damage to one of the boxes. I have not planted then yet to know how healthy yet, but it seems like better care could have been taken during shipping.

Crepe Myrtle somewhat one sided but looks healthy and first year fertilizer is in the ground as per instructions. Plant wrap was hard to open but plant stayed moist

Ordered 25 trees and I was very happy with 22 out of 25 of them. The 3 trees that were not satisfactory were the 3 apple trees. Ordered 5-6 foot trees and these were maybe 3-4 foot and not in very good shape, All the others were in great shape and size. Still, I would order again when I need other trees.
