The bare root trees were wrapped very good and shipping was fast. A couple of the tree were smaller in diameter than was expecting, but the Pecan tree was very large diameter. Glad there is a one year warranty. Not sure how the 2 "twig trees" will make it, but I will try

I tried to reach out to Tyty for their warranty for some plum trees, and I have not heard back from them. I have missed out on deals, missing out on the planting season for new ones and almost at my 1 year expiration date for the warranty. Seems like they are trying to wait for the year expiration date to pass, so they don't have to honor the warranty. I did get some elderberry plants that are doing good, but they are easy. I also got some grapevines which were recently planted, still waiting to see how they do. I wanted the warranty to be completed before I ordered the Grapevines, so I could get Plum trees and Grapes at the same time, but it has been several weeks now and I have not heard back from them but I ordered the grapevines anyway. I will have to pay for shipping for these Plum Trees too, if they Honored their warranty.

Unfortunately, we've had a poor experience with our tree order. We placed an order on 3/3/26 after being told our trees could ship within a few days. Since it was getting kind of late in the season to plant, we were wanting to get them in the ground ASAP. On 3/4, we received an email saying shipment would be delayed until 3/16. On 3/11, we received an email saying our order would ship in 1 - 2 weeks. On 3/27, a label was created, but we had to go to UPS and pick up our order on 4/1 and they looked pitiful. Four trees were left off the shipment which were reshipped on 4/9 and received on 4/11. We planted the trees and watered them in well as soon as possible. Currently, 18 of our trees have not yet leafed out and we're worried they may not survive. Our order # is 628571. If you'd like to reach out, my email is deb@spartanburgconservation.org. Thank you!

Trees delivered from Walmart look so much better, healthier, and less expensive.
I made the decision to go with TYTY because I assumed, the quality would be so much better, not so.

Shopping experience was fine. My 2 redbuds arrived stressed and not healthy. They were supposed to be delivered on 5/1 and UPS had to reschedule and delivered on 5/4. I have planted and hoping they rebound.

In my decades of online mail order of plants, I have never received a plant with such a pitiful chance of success.
Where are the roots??? Please see the enclosed pic (not able to include in this review)
Your store credit, will not reimburse me for the lost year of growth.
