Always been very good to me: up front, honest and helpful. I will shop here again. Their products are top notch, and their prices are very reasonable.

Very up front and easy. Accurate descriptions are better than most other nurseries. Minor difficulty adding gift certificate (credit) to order, but resolved with one contact to customer service. Their plantsurance, if needed, is a great guarantee! I continue to order more from TyTy and encourage others who want quality plants & service!

Ty Ty is a top rate operation. The plants are well packaged, and the shipping is fast. Their selection of fruiting vines & trees is the best I've found.

Quick shipment this was a warrNty claim. Only complaint was having to pay shipping again for a product that I had already paid shipping on.

I was very happy with the website and order process. When I received my muscadine vines I was a little disappointed in the packaging. I had 4 female vines (2 varieties) and 2 male vines ( 2 varieties). The females had tags on the plants but the males did not. I had specific places for them so hopefully I don’t have to transplant the Males later if mixed up.

Our bare root peach and crabapple trees arrived quickly, well packaged, and in very good condition. We planted them as per the instructions and can't wait to watch them grow. We are so pleased with our purchase - we're already looking for other plants to buy.
