How can I review a purchase when I haven't yet received it?

Plant arrives at the door. Box was beat up assuming that’s from the postage carrier. Tree basically came naked without leafs or anything I’m guessing this is on purpose? The roots were tied in heavy tape which was very difficult to remove and as gently as I tried removing the tape some of the roots were stuck on the tape and had to be cut in order to get the root system free. I do like that the roots were places with moisture beads however it was tangled with some type of paper material which was very messy and difficult to clean off of roots.

Found the trees we wanted. Easy to order. Once trees became dormant we received them quickly. Too bad I was the one who had to call because one item i had ordered had become unavailable. I found it stressful to plant 3 dormant trees with exposed roots. I feel like I killed all my trees. There were no instructions to set up the plastic tree protector. I'll order again from TyTy for specific trees I can't find locally (if I didn't kill those)

I bought a 2 year old grape vine and a 3 year old vine. If anything, the 2 year old vine looked older, more mature. And cost less.

We received 3 trees today. 2 of them seem to be fine. The 3rd one is a river birch tree that is supposed to grow to be 40 -50 feet tall. This trees truck is so twisted and curvy you would think it is a dogwood !!! This is totally unacceptable. Birch trees are to be tall and straight and reaching for the stars. This tree if I planted it would be leaning and curling In every direction. Will be calling for a replacement tree or a refund. Will leave another review to let you all know how this turns out.

I purchased 2 Pawpaw trees. I was pleased with the customer service I received when placing my order via telephone. The packaging was sturdy and the trees were securely wrapped. Both trees were in excellent condition when they arrived. Great Job TyTy
