Well what can I say. The trees were packed professionally. Now the company advised me that the present winter conditions were against sending them now. I advised that this was a Climate change experiment and these conditions were what I wanted. So I took responsibility for the trees. An yes I started another order in the que.

The Shinko asian pear tree had a pretty small root system with very few fine roots. But otherwise, the trees were acceptable.

As a novice, I thought a 3 year fruit bearing muscadine would be a 3 year old plant at least 4-5 foot tall. Instead, the plant I received was about 10-12 inches in length. It would have been nice if you’d put an explanation of size and maturity for customers.
It would also be nice if you sent detailed instructions with plant specific planting and care instructions.

Plants arrived very late, some broken and badly damaged. Some of those were credited back to me, but since I got plants on sale, I feel like I should have been able to get the same number of plants credited, not money at higher price for less plants. Also, I shouldn't have to pay shipping again to get another order to replace what I originally purchased. I was told to go ahead and plant one of the broken trees and it "should be ok". It will be interesting to see if it lived. But I didn't buy a broken tree or want a broken tree. No compensation at all on that one! I have a tree from a previous order that is dead, (never put on any leaves, although the other ones that I got at the same time did), and after a very frustrating time with customer service was told to just wait and see how it does after winter. Well, it's still dead, but should have been replaced when I called about it so a new one could have gotten growth on it all the months the dead one has been in the ground. Wait time for customer service is way too long. Also, had trouble with my account and info not showing up. You did resolve that issue recently - I think.

Very small plant size for 1 gallon. Foliage dead. Compared to another on line retailer for same order the plants were half the size and near death. Hopefully they will recover and catch up

Excited to watch them grow and taste the fruit one day!

I have had a great experience purchasing trees and a flowering vine with TyTy. The items arrive quickly, are packaged very professionally, and the plants are in great shape for planting. Their communications with the customer are extremely helpful. Knowing when the plants will arrive prevents them from sitting too long outside the house.
