2 peach and 2 plum trees, decent condition minus broken tip on one of the peach trees, which I believe was due to stuffing into box. I also believe tyty should put age of trees along with the size, for more clarity about what you’re getting

Very concerned about the seedless Concord grape. It is very small and appears to be very desiccated and no discernible bud nodes. Cane is so thin and dried out that it is possibly dead. Only a foot long cane for a plant stated to be bearing size. No way it will bear grapes this year. The seedless Concord is in much better shape but only 18” cane. At a minimum both will need TLC and they definitely won’t bear this year as stated. Cultivated grapes for 50 years. Retired and was hoping an easy start based on the the statement “bearing size”. We’ll see the jury is out.

Two days ago I sent email concerns and pics of a significant problem with a recent $80 tree purchase after speaking with your phone representative. My note was professional and pleasant. The online shopping experience was great, the only thing I would change would be additional email communication about when to expect the shipment and delivery of my purchase. I called to get some info and the employee picked up and quickly gave me the information I was looking for - that my order would be packed and shipped that day or the next. Kayla was gracious, both times I spoke with her. I did receive wrong peach trees, I called after 1st delivery,spoke with a lady (not kayla), and she insisted it was my error twice* cutting me off. I asked for manager and she then routed me to Kayla, who was honest and humble said it was her error, she even remembered the original conversation and that I was a teacher. This is an employee that is worth keeping. Thank you to management who quickly sent me the white peach trees I ordered. I bought 2 lemon trees 20 years ago, bare root, and the big 12 degree freeze in texas of 2021 finally got them, those trees were 10 x 15 and produced insanely, I sold lemons 1600 to local stores. I was told you no longer sale bare root Meyer or Lisbon trees, thank you and hope to buy again

Plants were intact with substantial, healthy appearing roots.
