I ordered what I wanted and thought everything was set. Then I got an e-mail telling me that where I live the soil is too cold to ship the tree that I asked for and that it would be shipped two plus months later. They didn't call, they didn't ask, they just assumed it was okay. I called to clarify and they gave me a different story, which was even worse. They told me they couldn't guarantee safe shipment and that the tree might arrive dead, but they'd send it if I wanted it anyway. I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund. I had to say it three times (in e-mail and twice on the phone). Supposedly the order has been cancelled but I still have not received that refund! I am not sure I'd order from them again (or recommend them to anyone).

I bought three weeping willow trees on sale for just under $100. All three of them died and I requested replacement or a refund. They told me since the sale was off I could only get one tree for the hundred dollars which made no sense to me, but there was nothing I could do about it. They sent the replacement tree to me in the middle of December when we had snow on the ground. I called and asked what I was supposed to do with it in the middle of winter. The lady said I could plant it inside. keep it watered and where there was sun Which I did. It has now been two months and there is nothing growing on the tree. I called the nursery and they told me it could take up to four months for it to show any growth and I should wait until June. That makes no sense because that’s at least six months . But I told the lady I would give it a try. I don’t have much confidence in TyTy nursery.

recently bought 7 low chill hour peach trees. was pleased with the varieties offered and the girl who assisted me in the on-line chat was friendly and helpful. unfortunately 2 of the 7, 3'-4' ft. trees i received were not high quality. 1 appears to be pretty much dead or dying. i cut it back to half height to try and find some life but it appears that it is on the way out. had anyone taken a look at the tree prior to shipping, they would have seen its poor condition. the other had a very poor, almost non-existent root system. it appears to be alive, but question its viability. have contacted customer service and am required to send photos before i receive any sort of satisfaction, refund or replacement. i will send the photos, but kind of a pain in the rear and can't take a photo of the root system without taking it out of the ground. so, instead of a being a satisfied customer, i am instead, not a particularly satisfied one.

Ordered multiple trees and plants several years in a row, all look good, packaged well and about 80% success rate with pecan trees which is pretty good in the drought we have had. Im pleased.

After some mix up with where to deliver the trees they arrived. They are much smaller than anticipated but there are some sightings of leaves trying to come out. It is early to tell how they will do, but will be getting them potted tomorrow and hopefully they will bear some awesome fruit over the next couple of years!
