I had two plants in my recent order that were deficient. A grape vine was delivered with only one tiny sprig of a root, so tiny that I had to examine the vine very closely to see which end was supposed to be planted. One of my pecan trees was delivered with a broken stem. For both of them, I was told by customer service to wait til summer and see if they survived. Problem is, if they don’t survive, I’ve lost a year.
