I recently ordered fajita meat from Farmer Dan and cooked up a batch of green pepper , onion and the meat to place over riced cauliflower as I am on a very low carb diet and it was out of this world! The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. I would recommend this and every product from farmer Dan as they are always outstanding:) I love Buying local and knowing where my beef,etc comes from..a win-win👍🏻

My family and I recently started to get all of our meat from Heartstone farm. After what I’ve been seeing and hearing in the news about meat processing and manufactures adding ammonia to ground beef I welcomed the opportunity to give my family the healthiest product I could find. What about the cost isn’t more expensive? If you care about your family and what they are eating then the cost isn’t really an issue. I’d rather pay more knowing my family and I are getting the best our money can buy and not getting swindled by companies pushing a defective and dangerous product. Meat quality has always been excellent and packaging with excellent freeze pack.

I love the flavor of Hearthstone ground beef! It has a wholesome flavor that you can't get from the store. The "icing on the cake", so to speak, is knowing about how the farm views their sense of responsibility to do right, not just by us but by the animals too!

I have been receiving a subscription box since 2020 and have always been happy with the selection. Each box was different and I enjoyed the variety. The past 3 boxes I have received have been exactly the same. Because of this I have discontinued my subscription. I will probably still order occasionally but it will not be as often.

Great flavor, the way chicken should taste. However, packaging has been misleading, the two packages we used had in one a huge breast & a tiny breast, the other package had 3 undersized breast and some scraps, but they all tasted great.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Not only does it taste very good but the nutritional value is a big plus!

Our first subscription box just arrived. The order came quickly and was still well frozen. Everything has been great, especially the shaved steak.

We had the steak burgers this past week end, they were so so delicious. All of my guest asked where I got the burgers and I told them all Heartstone Farm.

Meat arrived quickly and well packed . Flavor is great and very high quality . Will order again.

We have in the past just bought less expensive cuts of meat, to save money—but having the good cuts now has encouraged me to expand in my meat cooking abilities. It is working out great and we are enjoying it so much! The first batch of hamburg I cooked I could tell the difference in quality just by the smell while it cooked. We have since also cooked up a sirloin and a rump steak, and both were tender and delicious. I marinated the rump steak in red wine, garlic and rosemary... so good. Thank you!!

Hands down the best ribeye I have ever had! So mouth watering and tender! If I had to give only one word to describe this ribeye that word would be YUM.

My husband is a very picky meat eater. He wants a flavorful steak but will not settle for anything other than grass fed beef. Farmer Dan's steaks are on the top of his list. The Ribeye steaks are delicious and cut to the perfect thickness. I cook his steak in the air fryer and it comes out perfect every time. We prefer air frying over charcoal grilling because of the charring toxins. When we cook Heartstone steaks in the air fryer, you would never even know they were not cooked on an outdoor gas grill. Primo. Thank you for delivering a high quality product every time. The packaging is great too!

We love the ground beef for burgers, I've tried several others, but I like Dan's the best! He was also generous with some Cowboy Ribeyes early on that were delicious. I recommend.

Awesome! Seared a couple minutes on each side. Then added a couple tablespoons of bitter, garlic, fresh herbs. Put in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from pan…tent with foil for 10 minutes. Plate with garlic and drizzle a little butter from pan. Perfect.

The ground beef arrived solidly frozen and beautifully packaged/insulated with recyclable materials. I had no trouble fitting the compact 1-lb portions into my small freezer, as they were efficiently shaped to be space-saving. I grilled 4 generous burgers out of one pound of meat and found it to be tasty and juicy, but not greasy. Very "meaty" meat; no gristle or waste. Love that the animals are 100% grass-fed and very humanely raised, and the customer service is fantastic.

We used the chuck steak to make poor man's burnt ends and they were amazing - the marbling inside the meat made them fall-apart tender after a few hours in the smoker.
